Day Camp Drop-off: 8:00 AM at the Dining Hall/Cabins

Day Camp Pick-up: 8:30 PM at the Tabernacle

Friday, July 25th (Closing Day Schedule):

4:30 PM – Kids Skit Performance

5:15 PM – Dinner

6:00 PM – Closing Ceremony

6:30 PM – Dismissal

Parents are welcome to attend the Skit Performance and join us for dinner afterwards if interested. We ask all parents to be in attendance for the Closing Ceremony.

Please know that we discourage campers to bring phones as they can be distracting to everyone around them. If a camper does bring a phone, then we ask them to leave it in their luggage where it is out of sight. If a child becomes homesick, we try every avenue to help the child before calling home as calling home can at times make the homesickness worse. 

Kids love receiving mail at camp as a way to hear from loved ones! You can send letters and packages to your child, and we encourage it! You can send mail in the following ways:

Drop Off Mail at Check-In – Label with your child’s name & preferred delivery day. There will be totes for each day at check in that you can put your mail into.

We believe that every child should have the opportunity to experience the joy of camp, regardless of financial circumstances. Because of this, we offer a limited number of scholarships to families who may need financial assistance. 

How to apply for a scholarship:

1. Complete the Camp Registration – Start by registering your child for camp. A $75 deposit is still required to secure a spot.
2. Fill Out the Scholarship Application – Submit the scholarship request form online, link is below.
3. Provide Supporting Information – We may ask for additional details to better understand your family's needs.
4. Wait for Approval – Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. You will be notified via email if your request is approved.

Deadline to Apply: Scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, so apply as early as possible!
